XC (P) 200 type rotary degassing and fluxing equipment is a
motor-driven tool that uses a graphite rotor to rotate inside a
molten aluminum crucible or ladle. During the operation,
high-purity nitrogen or argon and a fluxing agent are input into
the molten aluminum.
The rotation of the graphite rotor causes the molten aluminum,
nitrogen, and fluxing agent to achieve degassing, slag removal, and
refinement of the molten aluminum. All of these steps work together
to produce a high-quality final product.
