1. Electric Foundry Furnace Function
• The crucible furnace uses high-quality resistance bands as heating
elements. It is mainly used for melting
and heat preservation of aluminum alloys. It is suitable for
degassing and slagging before metal die casting,
casting, and liquid die forging, alloy preparation, uniform
organization, temperature adjustment and other processes.
• Used for maintaining temperature of molten aluminum during low
pressure
casting aluminum casting (metal mold, sand mold).
2. Features
Perfect alarm protection function. The alarm is equipped with an
alarm system for molten aluminum over-temperature,
furnace over-temperature and crucible leakage. The heating power is
cut off at the same time to protect the electric
heating element and the furnace.
